WorkClaim Connect
2024
Work Claim Connect is a brand and platform designed to simplify the process of workplace injury claims through an AI-powered, multilingual assistant. The project was created in collaboration with Leo Cussen’s Justice Lab, where a group of lawyers needed an innovative solution to help people navigate workplace law more effectively.
I developed the brand identity, which features a shield-shaped logo with a stylized 'W' at the center. This design subtly references the lifeline seen on electronic health monitors, symbolizing protection and care for injured workers. The platform itself is designed to guide users through every step of a work injury claim—from accessing legal aid and mental health support to understanding the process for reporting incidents and seeking compensation.
My role encompassed designing the entire platform, ensuring it was accessible and user-friendly. The process involved collaboration with legal professionals to understand the nuances of workplace injury law and the needs of users seeking claims assistance. I used Illustrator, Photoshop, and Figma to create the brand, the UI/UX of the platform, and all related visual assets.
The result is a seamless, supportive space that connects users with crucial resources and simplifies the claims process, empowering workers to take control of their recovery and legal rights.
